1. Do I need to register an account to shop?
No, you may check out as a guest. However, registering gives you benefits such as faster checkout, saved addresses, order history, wishlists, and access to special offers.

2. How do I register an account?
Click “Sign Up” or “Register” on the site. Provide your name, email address, and create a secure password. You will receive a confirmation email — click the link to activate your account.

3. Can I change or delete my account information?

4. How do I place an order?
Browse or search for products, choose size/colour/quantity, click “Add to Cart,” then proceed to checkout. Enter shipping and payment information, review order, and confirm.

5. Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Modifying an existing order is generally not possible. The only exception is changing the final delivery address, which may be possible if communicated immediately and within 24 hours of placing the order. For cancellations, contact support immediately with your order number.

6. How can I track my order?
After your order ships, we will send a tracking number via email (e.g., via DHL Express). You may also log in to your account and check the “Orders” section for status updates.

7. Will there be any surprise charges at checkout?
A: No. At checkout, the total amount due is displayed and includes all applicable taxes and duties. The price shown is the full price charged, and no additional or surprise payments will be required upon delivery.

For UK orders, applicable VAT is included. For international orders (if and when supported), customs duties or import taxes may apply and will be shown or charged at delivery as needed.
